Reiki
Reiki is a natural Japanese healing technique used for stress reduction, and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a subtle, loving, comforting yet powerful energy which can only be used for the good of the recipient. It can do no harm.

Distant Reiki
Absentee healings can be sent remotely to you or someone you love. There are no time or space restrictions to distant Reiki. Healing can be sent to any place in the world, and to a different time. Anyone can benefit from Reiki healing - You don't have to be ill or severely injured to benefit from Reiki energy. Reiki goes where it's most needed and rebalances you. It's an amazing session!

Meditation Session
The benefits of meditation are amazing! One of the primary benefits of meditation is stress relief. During a meditation session, your heart rate and breathing slow down, your blood pressure normalizes, you use oxygen more efficiently, and you sweat less. Your adrenal glands produce less cortisol, your mind ages at a slower rate, and your immune system improves. Your mind also clears and your creativity increases. People who meditate regularly have been known to be happier and healthier. Time to slow down in this fast paced world!

Your Guest, Your Party
You may have a large groups of friends you would like to introduce Reiki too, or just a small group of your friends or family. The choice is yours whether it's a fun festive evening or a quiet, and peaceful party with healing. Reiki works either way! Minimum of 6 guests. $20 for 20 minutes. Travel time for sites that are beyond 10 miles will be additional charge according to mileage and gas prices.
Hostess/Host Receives a FREE Session
Heal on Wheels offers a free private Reiki Session for the Host/Hostess just for holding a Reiki Party. 60 minutes of relaxation scheduled at your convenience. This is the Reiki Masters way of saying "Thank You" for your kindness.

Reiki Kids Classes
Give your child the Gift of Reiki because "Reiki and Children are like magic on earth"! Children love Reiki and embrace it immediately. Reiki is a tool of empowerment. Imagine your child always having confidence, always having a sense of clarity, a purpose, a knowing. Imagine your child always feeling balanced and grounded. Imagine your child being able to help him/herself or their family and friends when they are hurt or sad or afraid. Imagineyour child always feeling safe and protected. All you have to do is imagine and the possibilities are endless with Reiki. In the Reiki Kids Program your child(ren) will receive the Reiki Level I attunement which lasts a lifetime, a Reiki Kids coloring book, a Reiki Kids Certificate. Please ensure that your children are wearing comfortable clothes. Snacks will be provided but children are to bring their lunch. Ages: 4 to 11 years Class Times: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Cost: $60.00 (Minimum 4 students)
Ear Candling
Ear "candling" or "ear coning" can be understood as one of many ancient Egyptian healing arts. Also believed to be used in India, China, Tibet, and the Aztec culture. Candling is a very soothing, relaxing non-invasive treatment for removing ear wax. You see its’ effect on hyper active kids as well as adults. Coning will also help the body to move out excess wax deposits. Ear Coning may improve hearing, clear the respiratory system, improve sinuses, drain lymph glands, and relieve migraines.
Ear Candles are a simple, effective home remedy for removing excess earwax. Ear “candling” or “coning” is one of many ancient Egyptian healing arts. Historically made from reeds, Ear Candles were used to open the spiritual centers and to clear and cleanse the physical as well as the emotional and spiritual body.
During the session, you will feel the candle being gently inserted into your ear canal. You will feel some warmth in your ear, and may hear some crackling and popping as earwax is being drawn from the ear canal. The procedure is not uncomfortable.
After the session, you may feel lightness in your head and noises may appear to be louder. You will likely find that your hearing is improved if a blockage of wax is removed. You may find that your sinuses are draining or that drainage is increased. This may relieve the pressure in your sinus areas and decrease sinus headaches. If you suffer from physiological hearing loss, this will not be helped. But if your hearing loss is due to blockage, as it is for many people, you may notice a significant difference in your hearing.

Gentle Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is appropriate for those who who cannot comfortably practice on the floor or for anyone who prefers a very gentle practice. Most of the exercise are done while sitting, leaning on or holding onto a chair for additional support. Chair Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and those with limited mobility. This is a great way for Seniors and people with limited mobility to stay flexible and practice yoga at the same time. Join me for this joyful practice of well being! Prepares the student for the use of Reiki energy, used to send Reiki at a distance. How to provide a complete Reiki session for self and others using Reiki symbols which can be used for past, present and future issues for the benefit to oneself and to others. Students are encouraged to bring photos of loved ones or other special items for a group distant healing session utilizing the distant healing symbol. Dress comfortable.
*Pre-Requisite to Level II - Students must be certified as Reiki I Practitioners. *Group rates available for 3 or more students.

FREE Reiki Certification
HOST A REIKI CLASS! Open your home or workplace to Reiki by hosting a Reiki I or Reiki II class. As a host you will get your Reiki training FREE! Must have 4 other people registered for the class in order to get your discount. If interested please contact Sweet Sue-Renity's "Heal on Wheels". If you cannot host a class on the weekend. Reiki Level III Master/Teacher
Cost $500 Prepaid Two Day Class Detailed Manual and Certificate of completion included. This two day workshop includes review of Reiki I and II Techniques and manuals. Advanced Reiki training techniques. Masters attunement, instruction for passing attunements and teaching Reiki. Pre-requisite Reiki I and II Certified. Third degree Reiki is only for those who wish to further develop themselves into a Reiki Master. Class limited to two.
