Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by the “laying-on-of- hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through our bodies and gives us live. If ‘life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to feel stress possibly unbalancing our energy & causing disease.
The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words – Rei, which means “Gods Wisdom or the Higher Power”, and Ki, which is “life force energy”.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of a spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It can be used in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treat the person, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki promotes movement when feeling stuck or blocked. Regular treatments can help manage chronic conditions.
Ear Candling/Coning
